Sasquatch HR is a nonprofit dedicated to helping other nonprofits and small businesses create better workplaces. They believe everyone has the right to a rewarding work experience, and thus support employers’ HR needs at a cost that is accessible to all. We bring the Sasquatch team in to support clients who don’t have in-house HR staff and need HR help to ensure their team is being cared for and supported.

 

Meet Bryan, founder of Sasquatch.

Bryan Baker is a dynamic HR leader with more than 20 years of experience in navigating all of the challenges involved with employing human beings.

Bryan is the Founder and President of Sasquatch HR, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping employers of all sizes create better workplaces. Prior to launching Sasquatch HR, Bryan owned a very successful staffing company, which gives allows him to view employee related issues through the lens of an entrepreneur.

Bryan prides himself on helping organizations arrive at “practical and tactical” solutions that mitigate risk, foster employee satisfaction, and drive positive financial results.

Bryan is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), a Certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and also holds SHRM’s Workplace Investigator certification.

Bryan is a native of South Carolina and a veteran of the US Coast Guard. He currently resides in NE Portland with his wife Diana, his two teenage sons, Max and Bobby, and his dogs, Fergus and Dewey.
